FAQ:
Question: How can I change the default color (blue) of my calendar entries?
Answer: Tap on the gear icon (top left corner), select “Colors & Visibility” and choose your colors.
Question: I can’t edit my event, why?
Answer: Events that come from a server as an invitation cannot be edited. This behavior is consistent with iPhone default calendar, we’re not limiting your options here. What you can do is delete an event from view – to do that please open list view, swipe your event and press Delete.
Question: Why can’t I invite people to an existing event?
Answer: iOS has very limited capability when it comes to invitations. We’re struggling to find a consistent way of making invitations work, but be sure that we are working on this issue for future releases, indeed it’s on the top of our list of priorities.
Question: How can I hide some of my calendars from view?
Answer: Tap on the gear icon (top left corner), select “Colors & Visibility” and select / deselect your calendars

About Organizer+

Does Organize + integrate with your iPhone calendar app so that I can sync with my desktop?
Yes, Organizer+ works on top of iPhone calendars. You can use Google calendar, Exchange or any server-related calendar and synchronize to if from your desktop or iPhone.
Is there a possible way to mark as complete a task or event? So I can see how many event left or task to do in the day.?
Calvin, not yet. We are thinking about how to make it right. Initial beta users raised this questions and we’re going to implement such possibility and deliver it to our users in future updates. Any suggestions to this problem that can help shape final solution are of course at this time welcome.
An easy way is just to change the whole event to a lighter color, and it cud be consider as it already complete. Lower the opacity or transparency.. The event will stay there still as its what we have done in the day, but it just become lighter than other even. If want to add more, u can add like a checkmark or sumthing but that is not important. I wanna get the apps, but I am looking to be sure that it can be mark as complete.
Thanks
Yes we tried using lighter colors for this, downside is that if you’re using 7 calendars – you get in result 14 different colors. We think about some kind of ribbon to distinguish completed (and marked as completed) events. Checkmarks would be simplest, but then again – we would add a symbol to already complicated view (think of an event with 4-icon representation (time, action, person, location) and add to it checkmark).
Calvin, we have 2 beta testers looking for the same function to be implemented in nearest future, allow me to join you to our e-mail distribution. Please check our mockups in this regard once they are ready and advice. I agree with you, Organizer + needs this functionality, so we will certainly provide it soon.
Why can I see no notifications? I also wish I could set a place. For example, when I’m at work, call it work and the app remembers. The addresses aren’t always accurate for me. I want the app to remind me about tasks, but it has not done that yet.
Hi Travis,
ability to tag locations (such as ‘work’ or ‘home’) will come with version 1.3 scheduled for release in the next week. Once it’s available – just update your Organizer + and set your tags in the Settings. GPS-enabled task reminders on the other hand is still something we work on since iOS5 release, so rest assured that this function will also be addressed.
When is iPad support coming?
Very interesting idea! We try to visualize what benefits (instead of just larger screen) an iPad version could bring. Please send your suggestions.
