Organizer+ design

Organizer+ has been engineered with time efficiency in mind, to deliver to you not another toy, but a usable tool. Let us tell you what we’ve done in order to make it:

  • when browsing your calendar day-by-day – when you swipe to the next day most calendars would simply change the date and display the next day. In Organizer+ we’ve implemented a logic to show you precisely the same time-window you were using (say if you were looking at 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM – swiping to the next day would show what happens in the same hours). Also our logic checks if events for the selected time-window exist and if not – we’ll adjust the view to show your meetings according to what’s most convenient (so if there’s nothing at 10:00 AM but a whole block of events starting at 01:30 PM – Organizer+ will show you this day starting from the first event at 01:30 PM)
  • we know what it’s like to be in a hurry – checking what’s next on your agenda should take a split-second. Organizer+ is designed so that whenever you need to check where you are in your day – open Organizer+ and regardless of which view you are in (LIST/DAY/MONTH) – tap TODAY or even hold it. Organizer+ will highlight in red your current event.
  • when receiving a meeting invitation sometimes you need to quickly contact people involved. We designed Organizer+ to make it easier for you – it matches e-mail addresses of participants with your Address Book entries and if it finds a person with an invitation – it links this person to their phone number. To call, all you need to do is to tap their icon.

Calendar improvements like the ones we’ve highlighted above wouldn’t even be recognized in daily usage. We hope that Organizer+ will do it’s job saving your time but if there’s anything that you consider counter-productive – don’t hesitate to share your opinion or contact us directly (support@morriscooke.com).
