If you ever wanted to add pieces of your photos to your videos – VideoPuppet is ideal tool for the job. It allows you to enhance you videos with artificial objects (such as U.F.O., lightnings, fog or any piece of your photo) and then export result as new enhanced movie right to your CameraRoll or Youtube.

What is VideoPuppet for?

VideoPuppet gives you access to your videos and allows you to create scenes having your videos as backgrounds and any puppets on front layer. You can use ready-made puppets or make one out of your photos. VideoPuppet doesn’t limit you in any way when choosing content in order to build your scene (no in-app purchases of any kind).Once you create your scene (by simply dragging contents into the scene as showed below) you can begin record your enhanced video.

Animate on top of your video

To animate puppets added on top of your video – simply record their movement on the screen by dragging, scaling or mirroring them with double-tap. All movements can be recorded and then played back together with your video that during record will be displayed in the background. You can also record additional soundtrack to your video or use existing sound that comes from video.

It’s never been so easy to create animation – move puppets with your fingers on the screen while recording! If your puppets have different frames – you can switch them and animate a puppet at the same time. It’s possible to lock some objects (like backgrounds), or select single objects for recording while preserving others intact. All this gives you enormous control options over your animation.

And if it’s still not enough – you can use full track-based editing capabilities to control your added puppets, exactly the kind used in serious video software.

Or if you want to make animated objects – VideoPuppet comes with a feature-rich frame editor, which allows you to create objects and actors for your animation. You can build puppets out of several existing objects by joining them together and separately animating each existing part. You can also set up their frame-based movement before using them in animation. VideoPuppet’s Frame Editor can also help you when you need to cut-out your actors from the photo’s background.
